Retail Banking Workshop - Lending and hardship assistance during the pandemic – regulatory developments and issues

On 7th July, GRC Solutions' Senior Lawyer & Manager, Michael Funston, will give a webinar presentation and conduct a Q&A session for lending and credit management staff of retail banks, titled Lending and hardship assistance during the pandemic – regulatory developments and issues.

The session will run from 12:30 AEST for approximately 90 minutes and will include a structured presentation with slides (to be distributed in advance).

Michael will consider the regulatory issues and challenges confronting consumer lending businesses in the current environment covering new lending, loan variations and hardship arrangements. The session will have a practical focus and will include case scenarios and good practice tips.

While participants will be able to post questions and comments during the presentation, we would particularly encourage you to submit scenarios, summaries of issues, and queries in advance.

Price includes GST.
